Race on Sunday and sell on Monday, the new ZX-6RR in street or full race guise is a definite Supersport contender in 2005.

The ex world championship rider has lapped at record pace in 2004 and is looking forward to 2005 on the new ZX600-N1H.

"The engine is revised for more power and has twin injector electronic fuel injection", says Pere. "With the slipper clutch, new chassis layout and specially coated inner front fork tubes, along with all the other updates, I am happy with the base setting of the new RR"

And happy he should be, with a standard power of 123ps and revisions throughout the whole RR concept including updates to the combustion chamber specs, the piston skirt coating and camshaft profiles.

It's no coincidence that more and more Superpsort racers are choosing the ZX-6RR and many pundits are already predicting success for Riba and the new machine in 2005.
